1.2. Basic Betting Rules

1.2.1. Bets on the Website [www.golpas.com] (/) and in all cash desks of bookmaker's office on all sports and odds are only accepted for regular time, unless otherwise specified.

1.2.3. 1.2.4. The Company reserves the right to cancel bets according to the Rules. 1.2.6. Claims regarding correctness of filling of receipts by the cashier are accepted within 5 minutes after the issuance of the receipt. Otherwise, the bet is considered to be valid, even if the error is due to the fault of the cashier. Any claims by the customer regarding the bets that have already been made will not be accepted upon the expiry of 5-minute period.

1.2.7. The bookmaker assumes no responsibility and accepts no claims regarding the translation of names of the participants of sporting competitions and other events from foreign languages. Receipts are valid for one month. Big winnings can be paid within one banking day (bank business days).

1.2.8. * Minimum bet* for any event is established based on local features.

The maximum stake is determined by the bookmaker specifically for each event and each bet type. The maximum amount bet depends on the sport and event. The bookmaker has the right to limit the maximum stake on individual events, as well as to limit or increase the maximum bet for a particular client, without notice or explanation.

1.2.9. The maximum payout per one receipt is fixed and is $200,000 in national currency equivalent at the exchange rate on November 29, 2012:

1.2.10. Bets are accepted before the start of the event. If, for any reason, a bet is made after the actual start of the event, such a bet shall be deemed void. Exception is made for bets on **Live-events*, i.e. betting during the match. Such bets shall be deemed valid until the end of the match.
