4.5.1. Bets on horse and dog are accepted based on the provisions of rules of BO "Gol+Pas" and their recent changes.

4.5.2. Bets on horse dog races are accepted on winners and the place taken by competitor (1-2, 1-3 or 1-4). The winner is the participant with the best time in the race.

4.5.3. The are the following types of bets: "single", "multiple" and "system".

4.5.4. If the race was cancelled all bets on this race are returned.

4.5.5. If a competitors start was cancelled (excluded prior to start, or does not take part in the race by the decision of the race organizer/starter), all bets on that participant are returned.

4.5.6. If a competitor was withdrawn during a race or disqualified according to the official result, all bets on that participant are deemed lost.

4.5.7. If a horse racing venue is changed, all bets will be refunded.

4.5.8. If the the surface of a horse race is changed, all bets stand.

4.5.9. In case of a single heat of a competitor, all bets on this heat are returned.

4.5.10. If two winners are announced in the heat/ race (simultaneous finish), then the bet amount + half of its winning part is paid, where the winning part is the difference between the payout amount and the bet amount. If there are more than two winners, the bet amount + amount of winning part of the bet, divided by the number of winners is paid. For example, for three winners, the payment will be equal to: bet amount + (amount wagered*odds-the amount wagered)/3.

04/05/2011. If the participant did not have a winning coefficient, and he took part in the race and won, then bets on all participants of this event are subject to return.

04/05/2012. Bet on place taken is subject to cancellation if less than (total seats + 1) participants started.

04/05/2013. Absence of TV broadcast does not constitute grounds to cancel the bets.

Horse racing

04/05/2014. In case of repeated start, all bets on participants not taking part in the repeated start are returned.

04/05/2015. If the race is postponed to another day, all bets made prior to the Organizer's announcement of postponement are returned. Typically the posponed racce is offered for betting with changed odds.

Greyhound races

04/05/2016. All bets on the participants are considered valid if they are offered in the line with a name and box number (or only with the number of the box or just the name).

04/05/2017. If one of the participants has been excluded from the race, bets on him are returned, except when there is a replacement for him.

04/05/2018. If the race was cancelled and announced again, but has a different name (by the venue and/or the date and/or time), then all bets on the participants of the cancelled a race are returned. Typically a repeated race with the same name, but with modified odds is offered for betting. Then the sequence number of the repeated race coincides with the number of cancelled race, regardless of the time.. If the race is cancelled and the race was not held again, then all bets on this race are refunded.
